This instructional goal will be to familiarize KHP personnel with a brief understanding of what human trafficking is and is not, along with how to recognize some indicators, what tools KHP has to assist with, and an overview of some of the basic requirements that Kansas Registered Offenders must comply with and how cases can be made with a working knowledge of statutory requirements.
