KLER System

KLER is a free, highly customizable, feature rich, form-based application that includes best-of-breed features with the primary purpose of allowing law enforcement to complete reports in an efficient and safe manner. Facilitates electronic submission to the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT).

Crash Report Changes Coming Soon

With the implementation of the Kansas Crash Data System (KCDS), the Kansas Highway Patrol will sunset the crash report pages on the Kansas Law Enforcement Reporting (KLER) system on December 31, 2027. More information about the KCDS can be found at www.ksdot.gov/kcds.
