Do I need to fix my cracked windshield?
A cracked windshield will not prohibit the MVE/VIN inspection process from being completed.
Will my vehicle have to pass emissions testing?
The State of Kansas does not require emissions testing.
I have a new windshield and the black glue covers part of the VIN. Can you just use the sticker on the door to complete the inspection?
No. The VIN is required to to be visible through the windshield.
