FTO Supervisor- Class #76

This 3-hour course is designed for Lieutenants and Captains overseeing assigned FTOs. This training will cover the supervisor's responsibilities such as: How to evaluate your FTO. How to correctly evaluate deficiencies with the FTO. Mentorship of the FTO and trainee through daily observation reports and daily remedial training. How to build a formalized remedial training plan. Completion of FTO supervisor reports and management of Trooper Career Ladder. How to identify trainees that need to extend, unplug, or terminate from the FTO program. Physical Requirements: This course is a classroom-based training with no physical requirements.
