Leadership & Ethics (2027)

This course is to prepare future leaders to embody and apply recognized leadership behaviors, principles of character and ethics, and organizational and team building efforts. As well as developing the mindset, discipline, and emotional maturity needed to lead by influence, earn trust, and model professionalism at KHP. This course is for KHP Troopers who are in their first five years of service. Physical Requirements: This course is classroom based with no physical requirements.
