KHP 2026-02 Patrol Reports New Year’s Holiday Activity
KHP personnel assisted 687 motorists over the holiday reporting period.
The Kansas Highway Patrol is releasing its New Year’s Holiday Activity Report. The reporting period for the holiday ran from 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026.
The Kansas Highway Patrol worked two non-DUI related fatal crashes which resulted in two non-DUI related fatalities. The fatal crashes occurred in Jefferson and Ford counties. Crash log information can be found here:
