Field Operations: South Bureau

The South Bureau is comprised of three field troops and one specialty troop. This region includes:

  • Troop E – encompassing 24 counties in southwest Kansas
  • Troop F – encompassing 13 counties in south-central Kansas
  • Troop H – encompassing 16 counties in southeast Kansas
  • Troop G – supporting travelers on the Kansas Turnpike over 11 counties from the Oklahoma border in south central Kansas to the Missouri border in northeast Kansas

The region includes:

  • Dodge City
  • Garden City
  • Hutchinson
  • Wichita metropolitan area
  • Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating Station
