This course is designed to certify newly appointed Field Training Officers in the following task:

Training Vs. instruction Development in advanced training techniques
How to identify training needs
Completing on the spot training
Identify, develop, and complete remedial training.
How to properly complete daily observation reports using standardized evaluation guidelines.

Physical Requirements: This course is a classroom setting training with no physical requirements.

It is highly recommended for FTO’s and supervisors attend the meet and greet recruit luncheon on Wednesday.
