Help the Public
Be a calm voice and help motorists who may be stranded, in distress, or are reporting a concern.
Must deal with persons exhibiting a wide variety of emotions from hysterical to anger to pain with only a professional response.
Coordinate an emergency Response
Be a communications lifeline by maintaining continuous contact with Troopers and other first responders in the field.
Assess, interpret, disseminate, and respond to numerous situations quickly.
Be the First Line of Defense
Answer multiple emergency telephone lines and radio communications to collect information pertaining to criminal activity, life threatening situations, Safe School Hotline, vehicle crashes and weather conditions.
