Technical Operations Bureau
The Technical Operations Bureau supports the mission of the Kansas Highway Patrol by providing public safety education, passenger and commercial motor carrier safety, and communication services.
This Bureau includes:
- Troop I: Traffic safety
- Troop M: Central Communications
- Recruiting and Community Engagement – This unit focuses on staffing and recruitment and includes regional Public Resource Officers (PRO)
