Ignition Interlock Affordability Program
Do you qualify for reduced ignition interlock device program costs?
To be eligible for reduced costs, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Your annual household income is less than or equal to 150% of federal poverty level.
- You are enrolled in the food assistance, childcare subsidy, or cash assistance programs pursuant to K.S.A. 39-709, and amendments thereto.
- You are currently eligible for the low-income energy assistance program as determined by the Department for Children and Families.
This program is monitored by the Kansas Department of Revenue and is no longer enforceable by the KHP through K.A.R.
