Interlock device tampering or circumvention should be reported to local law enforcement.
Complaint Procedures
To file a complaint, send us an email. Please provide as much detail as possible as our decision for further action will be based on the facts as presented in your complaint. You may also contact the Kansas Ignition Interlock Vendor Compliance Program at 785-296-5976.
The following information must be provided when contacting us regarding a complaint:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Driver’s license number
- Service center name, address, and City
- Name of interlock manufacturer
