PATROL REPORTS NEW YEAR’S WEEKEND HOLIDAY ACTIVITY

KHP personnel assisted 648 motorists over the holiday reporting period

The Kansas Highway Patrol is releasing its New Year’s Weekend Holiday Activity Report. The reporting period for the holiday ran from 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022.

The Kansas Highway Patrol worked three fatal crashes, resulting in three fatalities during the reporting period.

Information in the table is compared to data from 2020 and 2021.
